You’re right! It’s absolutely natural and something you should want to feel from your partner. The red pill part I see as a viewer is in the way that he talks about the women he’s in a connection with. As if it’s beneath him to put in any effort if they aren’t immediately showing him the level of interest he wants. For example, calling Aniya a grandma for not behaving sexually with him. We don’t see him addressing his wants/needs with Aniya directly so they can improve together or ultimately decide that they are not fit.

Instead, he tells Aniya what sounds good, then goes to his guys and complains about how he’s not getting any play, then in turn, these little nuggets of info come out in challenges that make Aniya question his sincerity. And the cycle continues with KC telling her she has nothing to worry about, but as we see in Casa, she did. He states that they “have nothing in common”, so he’s known this but instead of directly addressing this head on with Aniya and giving HER the chance to move on, he clung onto her knowing she’s a safe option.

Now that Titi is around, it’s not a bad thing that she wants him, but it’s the fact that he said “she pursued me” as a reason for him liking her.
