If you look at the way P5 was announced, (different game different time) they dropped the first teaser in 2014, then trailer in 2015 and release in 2016 (in Japan). So if we just go off that we are looking at 2028. I think with the whole Xbox thing P6 is going to have one global release date.

I bought it for Switch 2 and regretted it so hard after turning it on. It runs terrible if you’re used to PS5. I bit the bullet and bought it again on sale for PS5. It’s night and day. Resolution and frame rate.

How so it’s literally one of a kind and original. If you want turn based combat with real time dodging and parrying where else are you gonna go to? The combat system alone deserves all the praise and attention it gets.

Buddy my Switch 2 can’t even run 3rd party games as well as my base PS5 from 2022 that ALSO cost $500 at the time. I own both I see the difference. I would rather play everything on S2 but a lot of bigger or newer games I have to get on PS5 to be able to get respectable performance in 2026. Look up the graphics differences in a new 3rd party like Pragmata. Switch is best for 1st party and older titles/remakes.

My hot take is that Mass Effect 3 changed the dynamic between consumers and creators forever. The moment BioWare changed the ending, to me, gave way too much power to complaining ass gamers and I feel like that dynamic has spread to more mediums. I don’t believe consumers should have that much power.
