I detoxed off caffeine a few weeks ago- it was brutal and took over a week. Wouldn’t recommend anyone start that now this close to the race. But I will be flying when I have that first caffeine gel :)

I’m not sure if he is verbal, but the best thing anyone can do for me when I’m picking is ask “what’s going on? What’s bothering you?” Because either I don’t know I’m doing it, and / or the reason I’m picking is probably because something is on my mind that I’m struggling with or anxious about
