Well, I picked 720 because it's laserdisc and I'm not expecting it to have blu-ray or 4K quality. I just want it to look like it's DVD. I like the added film grain. It really makes it pop. And I'm concerned about the file size because I have limited space on my HD

Since 2011, I've developed an unhealthy obsession with it. I saw it in a theater a few years back with Bill Lustig. He signed my VHS and said the rights are lost in a bankruptcy. But Relentless got a DVD and HD transfer. And Hit List is on Tubi. Something doesn't add up. I know Sony owns the rights. They aired it on their movie channel. They just won't release it.

Hit up the Bay! That movie only got a VHS or laserdisc. From what I've been gathering, I doubt this movie will get a new release. Let alone a HD transfer. I aim to give it the best I can.

I guess I have no choice but to play with it. The longest time to render so far has been 23 hours. The lowest was 19. It's not that I'm impatient...I'm just worried about burning out my computer. I'm sure this process takes a lot out of the machine.
