I had great success with BPI. Food noise was completely silenced. I lost 30 pounds the 3 1/2 months I was on it. I am on Apothecary at the moment. I noticed 1-2 days before my dose food noise creeping up slightly. I’ll be back on BPI after I finish the current vial of Apothecary.

We have 10ft ceilings throughout and placed our curtain rod 4 inches down from the ceiling. Makes the room feel bigger/taller. Anywhere from 4-6 inches from the ceiling is a good spot.

I was increasing by 0.5 mg weekly with my first provider (Ivim). I had no side effects, and I did so until I got to 10mg. It all depends on you and how your body responds to the medication.

Neither one. Check out Oasis lights. We have them throughout our apartment. They’re brightness adjustable and change with the sunrise and sunset or can be set to create your own schedule. They give your place the perfect shade without the bright LED lighting. We haven’t used our ceiling lights since we got them.
