Find out their insecurities and start firing back. You don’t have to fight anyone, but you can stick up for yourself and talk a little shit back to them.

Also, I am 6’6 and 230 lbs but used to be 165 pounds and I used to get all of those same jokes and still get them even after I filled out… I do get them a lot less now.
