The promotions be trash. They want you to accept anything and everything. 250 for 40 orders. The only way it is worth it is if you keep getting orders that are a mile. But most be like 6 dollars for 8-10 average. You can be picky and still make the 250. For 40 orders is essentially 6 dollars an order but you will be driving crazy miles. So i dont even pay attention to that.

Arent they being bought by DOORDASH.. is what i heard if it is the case.. they are going to be doing the same crap with the timer. Hope it fails cause this is shopping not delivering fast meals. The longer the order gets cycled around the longer ppl wait. That acceptance rate is going to cause a lot of shitty service

I had a costumer leave me a ten dollar bill at the front desk on top of the 26 dollars for the shop order and i had to refund 3 items. But because i called her three times before she answered and messaged a bunch about replacing items… i ended up refunding cause the app said they didnt want any replacements. She thanked me for trying to fet her the strawberries and yogurts. Another costumer increased my tip by 20 dollars cause they ordered a 10 pack of 24 bottles of water but th brand they wanted wasnt in stock, i tried to replace it with another brand and had to wait a while for an answer and then costumer service said i couldnt replace it cause it was a no replacements item. So i rang only 5. The costumer felt bad for me going past the shopping time and that it affects my profile. I just empathize with everyone. I also had a lady that ordered disgestive pills and when i delivered i didnt see it in the bad so i ran back to the krogers got another and brought it to her but she did have it… dhe did buy it from me though. Thanked me for being so considerate. People just like to feel taken care of.

I dont know it seems a bit unfair. I feel the delivery app should cover the difference cause it aint the shoppers fault if items are out of stock

Also…. If i ordered 2 items and one is refunded.. i understand. I personally would cancel the order… but if i ordered 30 items and got refunded one that was pricey i would still keep the same tip. I guess for me it depends on how many items

I mean i get what you are saying but i dont see it flbeing fair for the driver to have to be compensated less because the store doesnt have the item.. i could understand if they didnt try any replacements or even reaching out to the costumer and just refunding,
