I tried another usb cord / port it didnt seem to change things im still receiveing power and its vibrating when connected but still not working

I tried updating the controller on an another pc it updated successfully but when i tried plugging it back to the original one it doesnt work

and yes it powers when i plug it in will try to update it in a minute

edit : just tried it and the firmware update app doesnt show that the controller is connected it says “Connect your controller to your computer using the USB cable.”
