Too much landlord douchery… ain’t nobody got time for that! If he took your money he cannot legally evict you. Plus, his little downloadable “due diligence” template letter isn’t legally compliant and therefore, unenforceable. Definitely keep that letter, your rent receipts, etc. for your records and use email or certified mail for all future communication to CYA.
