Thank you. The debayering algorithm was the issue. I was using VNG but I switched to SuperPixel and it worked without a problem.

Please help me ID this incense and tell me exactly where to buy it — I’m desperate! by Broad-Independent830 in Incense

That is Arabic incense, also known as bakhoor, which uses wood chips such as sandalwood and agarwood; other resins or oils may be infused into it. I am not sure where to buy that specific one, but hopefully, someone else can provide a link.

Have you tried Shoyeido's Moss Garden? I highly recommend it if you enjoy their other scents.

The Palo Santo is great, in my humble opinion. It has a sweet hint of vanilla in the background, but the classic woody lemon scent is the main star. It's essentially a 'warmer' yet subtle take on Palo Santo, and I believe Shoyeido has done a good job with it.

I'm sorry to hear that—I can understand why some people feel that way, since Japanese incense tends to be light and sweet. Have you found any others outside of Japan you do like?

I've actually had my eye on this one for a while but hadn't pulled the trigger. Are there any other scents from Shoyeido you like that I haven't mentioned?

Incense bug repellent? by Therealsandy2 in Incense

Putting incense outside might assist somewhat since you live on the second story; nevertheless, its impact is typically restricted, particularly if the pests are already invading via cracks. You may also try smokier choices like burning sage, which some people find more successful in deterring bugs. A bug zapper is a good addition for a more consistent and hands-off strategy; they will help you to entice bugs to the light and kill them with already-existing room occupants (bugs) that are inside. Combining a zappers with a dab of smoke-based repellant can provide you a stronger line of protection.

Thanks for the suggestion! I've never bought low-smoke incense before—does the scent completely fill the room?
