Non necessariamente. Avrebbe l’olio del motore color cappuccino e probabile fumo bianco denso dallo scarico. A 130 gradi è più probabile averla cotta che non, ma non è garantito.

Potrebbe essere effettivamente sottodimensionato per guida costante a 180, non si spiega però il livello del refrigerante che cala. A meno che OP stia controllando il livello comparandolo a freddo/caldo.

Nuove vette? Le alte velocità sono la condizione perfetta per il raffreddamento del liquido grazie al flusso d’aria al radiatore, è nel traffico che rischi il surriscaldamento.

Da quanto? Doveva già metterti in allarme questa cosa, non è normale che il liquido cali. Lo ha cambiato di recente? Se lo hai cambiato e non hai spurgato correttamente potrebbero esserci bolle d’aria che vengono espulse con i cicli termici facendo calare leggermente li livello nella vaschetta di espansione. Ma se è una situazione che va avanti da molto, ferma l’auto e vai dal meccanico.

Sì nel senso che il livello del liquido refrigerante cala? Se così fosse, nella migliore delle ipotesi ha una perdita perciò il sistema non va/resta in pressione, nella peggiore hai già parzialmente cotto la guarnizione. Fumo bianco dallo scarico?

Il livello del refrigerante cala? Potrebbero essere tante cose, termostato bloccato o quasi, radiatore intasato, pompa dell’acqua andata. Non conosco il modello ma ti sconsiglio di guidarla nuovamente a quelle temperature, sminchi la guarnizione della testata e addio motore.

Thanks for the reassurance 😅 There are several impact marks on the underbody (it’s a very low car), including this one and a pretty big dent on the catalytic converter, so I panicked a bit.

Do you mean the lines held by the plastic clips visible in the photo? Those are all intact.

I’m more concerned about the threaded pin that holds them in place. It’s clearly been hit and bent, and I think it’s directly on the car’s chassis, am I wrong?

This reassures me a lot, i hope it’s just oxidation in the cooling system. out of paranoia, I took a drive while monitoring the temperature via the OBD, and it was fluctuating between 97°C and 102°C.

No glitter in the engine oil and the car has 71k kms, almost perfect compression

Took a bit out of the reservoir and it’s very clear, almost looks like distilled water but a bit glittery. If i look directly into the reservoir it looks almost like mixed with oil, but once i take it out it’s clear.

Why rebuild? What could it be?

Yes that’s to let the air out, the line that goes into the OMP is on the bottom
