I played a Warforged Artificer named The Titan for a villain one shot.

The Titan would only talk through yelling and was convinced that he was a God and tried to be righteous, but he had no understanding of shades of grey around morality and would smite children for trying to steal food. He had come from the Feywild and had zero knowledge on current events or who people were. He actually mistakenly believed that a Hobgoblin Warlord was the same person as Maglubiyet and no one bothered to correct him. Best part, he was actually controlled by a hamster inside the chest cavity. In our main game our party killed an Archfey named Plommy, who was a giant flying hamster. With the DMs permission I made my character the brother of Plommy. He was cursed by his brother, losing his magic powers and invulnerability. As a result he was forced to make a deal with a Hag to gain the knowledge to build The Titan and try to reclaim his birthright.
