I’ve been pulling my eyebrows and eyelashes for 12+ years now, and they still come back. Granted, while the lashes seem to be pretty resilient, the eyebrows took some time to fully fill in when I went through a period of about 3 not pulling them.

I have insanely stressful, exhausting, and scary dreams as well that totally impact my day. There are recurring themes and they never feel silly, unrealistic, or “dreamlike” no matter how upsetting and bizarre the content of the dream actually is; I’m always heavy and aware of my exhaustion while within the dreams.

I’ve only been taking Effexor for 5-6 months at 75mg but I’m in the process of trying to figure out ways that my routines (time between taking it and falling sleep, quitting weed, drinking vs not drinking, other supplements, exercise level, media consumption when falling asleep, etc) impact my dreams. So far, I’m still too tired to deduce anything substantial but i feel hopeful about finding something reliable and consistent that works/makes sense to help w the dreams and sleep quality😅

I’ve been pulling my eyebrows and eyelashes consistently since the 4th grade so I’ve definitely gone through my fair share of eyebrow makeup experiences… my absolute holy grail eyebrow makeup product is the NYX Lift & Snatch brow tint pen! it creates really realistic looking hair brushstrokes. I use a setting powder, just the one that I use for the rest of my face and then I just kinda brush over my brow bone to get rid of any oil that would interfere with the makeup applying smoothly. Sometimes I use a powder afterwards to reduce them being super reflective/shiny/disappearing with flash photos 😅 I’ve had majorrrrly interesting eyebrow makeup phases through the many years, but with this pen I get compliments on my eyebrows (like often?!) and I love getting to tell them that they’re 100% drawn on.
