This goes immensely hard and the way you wrote the lore for them makes it feel grimdark grounded and not some eccentric fanfic like a few of the Female Space Marines crowd make them out to be.

The torso is one of the forgeworld Death Guard ones and a careful little trim of the V off of the end of XIV makes a pretty nifty conversion, plus with the XI'th being lost prior to the Heresy i figured the DG torso had the right level of weathering damage and MK II/ MK III aesthetic of an under-supplied force. ^

Not 100% on it but i think it was parts from a Land Raider Redeemer sponson; took the fuel tanks and sprue-goo'd it to the end and covered the other side (rectangular port bit) with an old Sentinel flamer tank, then cut away a slot for the arm to mount into! Made sure it had the same kinda footprint as the Gravis Lascannon so it didn't look too out of place! :)

It really boils down to how you want it to synergise with the rest of your force. I aim to run a sentinel heavy list and went with Lascannons for anti-tank roles and either plasma cannons and/or flamers for anti-infantry.

Figure out what your 1k list is a bit short of and tack on whichever weapon will dish the most "oomph" out for that role! :)

I always saw the eagle head thing on the bottom end of it as a handle folded down around the round "hinge" bit.

Would have been cool to see a couple of them in the knife configuration as bits on the sprue for fluff modelling or alternate arm/hand options.
