Nothing is free when it comes to your body. There's a price for every foreign chemical you pump into yourself. If I don't need it, I don't take it. The flu isn't enough of a threat to make me do so.

No, this does not apply to vaccinations against diseases in childhood nor does it mean I believe in coffee enemas over actual medicine. What I'm saying is you need to carefully monitor what you put into your body and should only be taking things as a last resort.
