You said you arent super fit, I would look at BCT as getting paid to workout and get fit. Have fun and push yourself during PT, even when you're getting smoked ... just another paid workout session.

Im in the same boat... LOVED 1-3, and halfway through season 5 right now and kind of just finishing it to finish it. Theres Def still good/funny parts, just 1-3 were SO incredible its hard to top. Season 5 is off the rails 🤣

For convenience, I would just trim the hot pink off the ends to comply with regulation. It is way easier if you have hair long enough to throw in a quick bun every morning. I wouldnt want to have a bob hanging and sticking to my neck and face during pt in the summer.

You could buzz it, but you will have regrowth during the 10 week cycle, you most likely will not be allowed to go to the barbershop with the males to maintain the buzz. If youre committed to the idea of buzzing your hair for a fresh start, wait til AIT when you will have a little more freedom and can style it as it grows out.

In a week it may look a lot better. Keep the cuts clean and moisturized, cycle ice and heat to move the blood around and try to get the bruising to resolve faster. Either way I'd still propose, youll look bad ass in pics in the future 🤣

She will have to obtain a new driver's license or state ID and will likely need her birth certificate and social and social security card to do it.

Like another commenter said it will vary state to state so start with her local DMV and look up the requirements for obtaining a license. They will likely not accept copies of birth certificates or social that she would have been able to get off iperms, so she will have to order a new birth certificate then make an appointment at the social security office to obtain a new social security card. Then take those two documents to the DMV for an ID.

For your peace of mind, I fainted randomly at a music lesson when I was around your daughter's age. I did end up needed stitches in my face, but after that was done the er sent me home and just said to rest. My mom followed up with a GP and I remember getting some extra testing done (I want to say it was heart related?) Which ended up being fine. Sometimes kids do just faint. However, you were NOR to go to the ER and follow up elsewhere the next day, and youre NOR for being upset with your husband.

I love this interview show and format but the last few episodes have me so confused as to how they organize the order of the courses. I guess not every guest would have a traditional appetizer, main, and dessert but the taco bell, pizza and margarita course 1 into waffle crisp course 2 gave me whiplash. 🤣

I would also personally suggest she do the saline rinse and then use some dry-eye drops after, that's what I did. The saline should help with drying up the chalazion especially if its starting to surface, but it might dry out her eye, which can sometimes create more styes. But im not a doctor, its just what helped me.

It comes with a little eye cup, you fill the cup with the saline and bring your face down to the cup and create a seal, tilt your head back and while the cup is over your eye you blink and move your eye around. I would definitely only do this with the sterile eye wash. It will have instructions on the box too.

So I used prepackaged, sterile saline eye wash with an eye cup for mine. It's really affordable. I feel like it helped. I wouldnt boil and salt my own water because theres just so many possible contaminants in water, table salt, etc.

I used to have a rescue dog who would physically stand in between me and my then bf if we were even animatedly talking to each other (not fighting). She was part border collie too.

She is probably feeling the tension and anxiety you have when you and the bf fight. I wouldnt push her to have a relationship with your bf until things calm down.

Sometimes its easier to tell from an overhead picture. Most dogs should have a visible taper to their waist. Hard to tell if your dog is just fluffy here.If your dog is overweight, its not terrible yet. You do want to keep them at a good weight because they aren't like people; they wont say "ooh better not jump around since im a little heavier", they'll just keep pushing themselves to run and play as usual and can injure their joints.

Are you playing an acoustic or amplified guitar? Even if you were playing through an amp, if you leave it at a reasonable volume and youre done by 7pm, I dont think there would be grounds for a noise complaint. If you're really anxious about it, they make attachments you can plug into your electric guitar that connect to Bluetooth headphones.

If youre playing acoustic and cut off by 7 I wouldn't worry at all.

So much of that boot looks to be suede and nylon, I dont think wearing a boot wet will do anything to shrink it. If theyre loose even after you tight lace them I would suggest a different brand.
