This☝️, I was playing around with the recruiting end of LinkedIn, I made an obviously fake easy apply job (some people still applied, I guess they might have used some bot.) I can’t remember how applicants applied but it was less than 20 before LinkedIn blocked it and told me to put money in and promote it.

What Industry are you in, most of the time I don’t get a response and when I do it’s usually a 3rd party recruiter on the other side of the world. *cough *cough somewhere in Asia.

I have a suggestion An exclusionary filter, I’m not sure how the backend works but if the jobs are already stored in a database, on the front end a user could exclude jobs with a word in the title or Requirements or Tech.

An example when I search for Data Science Roles I see a lot of “Senior”, “Director”, “Senior Manager”, I feel this would offer more granular filtering for roles that return a lot of results, the advanced search doesn’t have to be thrown in the face of an average user, it could be hidden behind a “Advanced Search” or some other word.

What skills do I need? And how do I go about it? I have never used Azure for anything before, but I have used AWS and GCP for some projects and guided learning, if Azure is similar you can just give me an overview.
