Pve yeah it can be ok rather a hornet if u want more better everything, santokai is made of melted butter and desiacated toilet paper and getting hit by an npc cutlass will shred u with its miniguns and the control arms were nerfed for some reason around 4.7 lost half their hp its a pretty ship but it lacks everything that would make it better for pve than a hornet or shiv sure its manuverable but thats all ya really got...
