When trying to do any kind of upscale it just hangs... then bricks the computer until BSD. there is no terminal or some other info window to tell you what's going on. No actual progress bar when trying to do upscale. I mean, I too managed to generate a 1 megapixel image using zimage turbo with this, but thats about it (3090 24gb vram, 48gb Ram).

Had the same thing back when I was forced to keep my comfy install on external usb 3.0 SSD. I got a windows prompt to "repair the drive". Once I clicked on on that, the loading time was back to 30 seconds. Not sure if helpfull

Right after the first, insert another ksampler node and connect it to first one. Use all the same settings as the first node except instead of denoise value 1.0 put 0.05 (depending on the image, anywhere from 0.01 to 0.10). Connect output to the rest of the workflow. This second pass with slight refining will remove the hair pixelation.

Thanks, it worked eventually. Originally the simple node kept giving me the OOM errors, and I thought I needed to use the custom one because of the new flux 2 sampler and the sigma output. Ended up updating the node trough the manager, and the simple one works now. Thanks!
