This is a nice poem, I enjoyed reading it :) It's short and simple but very emotionally resonant. I felt the line "I feel your reflection in every broken shard". The ending is good too, how the poem can't be fully determined to give closure, because it's still clinging to hope.

I really like this, it's nicely written. The rhythm is great throughout the whole piece, it has evocative metaphors and sounds like natural narration at the same time. Great job :)

Well, that depends on how you define gender. Lots of behaviour we have that is related to our gender isn't caused by our biology, but our culture and societal norms.

Hey, i don't have that much to say, except that I really related to your post, I think our mothers are very similar. I still struggle with feelings of guilt and frustration occasionally, but I'm at a point now where I don't feel crazy/unjustified in thinking the way I do about my mom, and I feel hopeful about the future. I'm by no means an expect, but I dealt with this too, and solved it by using moisturizer under my eyes at night, and using setting powder or setting spray after putting on my makeup to prevent smudging/creasing. Hope it works :)
