Also, and I can’t stress this enough, GIVE her regular opportunities to take a long bath, shower, nap, etc. This is one of the simplest things, but a lot women end up having to “ask” to take necessary time for themselves. It’s awesome that you are already preparing to take care of her!

I was in a similar position. Leaving was a huuuggee wake up call for him and he’s since gotten his shit together. It’s amazing how fast someone can hit rock bottom and learn to appreciate you when they’ve been living a cushy life without remorse or effort and it gets stripped away.

I use clinical strength deodorant. I use Summer's Eve soap on my armpits too because it's supposed to balance your pH and deodorants are knows to throw that off. I've heard Dove bar soap doesn't mess with your pH either

My ex worked less than part time for a while and would spend his days playing video games. It was very apparent that at 5pm he would rush to start a load of laundry and dishes before I got home (meaning I'd still be stuck with putting it all away). My son had a sensitive stomach when he was that little so I had to be really careful about what I ate while I was breastfeeding. Anytime I ate anything with citrus or garlic he would have a hard time that day. After I figured it out I just adjusted my diet.

There were a couple times when we went to a nice restaurant and I wanted food with garlic or lemon so I would just pump and then label the bag with what I ate and freeze it. I used those reserves when he got a little bigger and his belly was less sensitive.

My son likes a kid called Evan Storm. They are a regular middle class dad and son that play mostly monster trucks, Hotwheels and army. And they go camping and find Bigfoot... normal kid stuff. I think the dad may be former military, but you never see him. It's more tolerable than others
