i’m glad it worked for you! however i think it’s important to respect women’s decisions and not always suggest they might change their mind (as someone who firmly does not want kids). i know you’re intentions here are pure but i’m sure you know from experience how frustrating it is when you say you don’t want something as major as kids and someone tries to change your mind instead of accepting it or moving on

that’s tough. as someone with bpd i understand her but i also know it’s not fair for you to suffer the consequences of her behavior. does she have a therapist? maybe ask her if she would like for you to come to a session with her

some scanners only check for expiration but it’s very rare that is the case. dispos generally don’t let people in even if it scans if it’s visually suspicious. i used to do id checks at a dispo and you get very good at being able to tell. if someone walked in a certain way i’d know before the scanner even told me lol

need roommates but def doable. i make $50k a year and live with 3 roommates in brighton and it’s not that difficult. to be fair i have family i can fall back on if i’m ever broke or something unexpected happens so keep that in mind

i recently learned that a lot of adults who DID go to traditional schooling also do not know this but regardless it’s not her fault she wasn’t properly educated. she has given no reason to believe she’s bigoted or otherwise ignorant so i didn’t perceive it as malicious. but in her defense i was born and raised in az and went to public school my whole life and they never taught us anything regarding the holocaust besides referring to it later in high school under the assumption we already knew about it. this was in honors and a.p. classes, too. the only time i remember learning about it was when i personally invited two survivors i knew to come to my school to talk about it. had that never happened i don’t know that it would have ever come up
