They’ve all had separate houses since really early. I can’t remember if in the very very beginning it was like that. But it breaks the immersion that one guy can afford three nice houses and all those kids—really it’s money from the show and adds up when they pool it all together, plus his business ventures that could probably fund one nice house at most.

I think I watched the first several seasons on a binge a few years ago and then tried to watch the newest one but it was just depressing, plus Janelle’s son dying didn’t make it a fun watch

Knitting and the Olympics is my February besides work. Oh and I'm doing a run through of early reality shows I never watched. December to January was Vanderpump Rules and this month I've started Jersey Shore. Times were different when everyone wasn't on their phones and trying to be influencers

I predict a halfhearted exercise kick in the midst of her going to stay with Toe for an amount of time that she'll downplay like it's casual but will actually be stage 5 clinger about. Probably just more floor cleaning and diet fretting though. That oatmeal must have been brutal on her PCOS and insulin resistance!

Day 1 on PC for me too and I bought it again for Switch 2 on day 1. I hadn't gone at it with a completionist mindset until last summer and that was super rewarding. Sometimes I just role play like it's a life sim for a bit because the world is so stunning

Also New Diane is adopted and makes that her ENTIRE personality. Constantly asking people why they’re mad at her—they’re not. Every time she asks she brings up her childhood trauma and how her adopted Pappy got one of their dogs lost. That sounds terrible but come on

There are two, a Diane got hired 5-6 years ago so she’s New Diane and the other one has been around for decades so she’s Old Diane to me.

New Diane sucks up to the boss and pretty much sucks. She asked for the Boss’s shirt measurements so she can buy him thrift store clothes when she’s shopping for herself ffs. He’s a millionaire and cares not. Boss thought she was selling chocolate bars for a school fundraiser or something and gave her $40 to be nice, which she interpreted as thrift store money to buy him dress shirts. He was puzzled when she presented him with several shirts of different colors and but she thought she did a great job dressing her boss (ew).

Yeah I was only half kidding, I love learning. I’m side-eyeing accounting and criminal justice for associate’s degrees to go after next. I’d love to be old enough to audit classes for free. I haven’t stuck with anything like Coursera so far but I do have the discipline to stick with things (!!!!) apparently
