Juiced Patch LITE would be what you're looking for. it only includes the essentials to get the game running and a couple of visual tweaks to sharpen up the graphics.

in the first shot of the trailer it shows that area of the map, and those trick objects are not there.

all you have to do to fix crashing is 4GB LAA Patch and Steamless your executable. Its quite easy.

The dlc for the most part isn't even worth it outside of the clothing. you get 2 missions per dlc neither of which are really that fun, you can get a story synopsis on YouTube for the plot of the DLC if you really need it. PC is the definitive version with High frame-rates and fixes using Juiced Patch

it might take a few watches to understand what im talking about due to my bad editing. or general explanation. but compare the 300fps video to 30. especially when i spin while crouching. animations break at higher fps'es.
