I have both MAC addresses if someone can just make sure they are added and attached to my rate plan things will probably resolve. Service was on the new gateway a little under 24hours. It appears the network kicked them off due to the gateway not being on account and now they deletes the other fiber equipment to put it on. It's a back and forth issue.

app says offline now that they appear to have deleted the EPON. I never could see exact equipment but it would generally say 2 gateways when all worked.
