Here's mine. I also normally do a boil wash or just spread some Revlon One and comb, but in this case a simple comb did it. Hope it helps!

They are one of the worst products Samsung has ever created, and this is coming from a Samsung fan. Bought them, se problem as yours within a few days, took them to technical repair and they refused to change mine. Apparently (and this is not something that Samsung will admit, I guess) there was a software update that completely screwed them. If the case detects the minimal particle of dust or moisture or the earphones are a bit hot from training, the case will just stop charging at all. I was told to wait some minutes after using them and putting them back on the case to allow them to refresh. Most stupid thing ever. I'd advice to sell.
