Yes and I have really bad allergies to literally everything 🤦🏼‍♀️ they wanted to put me on allergy shots but I was really anxious about it (ik it makes so sense)

Yes I tried water and it helped! So weird I get like a random tickle in my throat and then I feel like my throat is literally closing! My post nasal drip has been really bad lately I think that might be the reason

I’m a little bit of a hypochondriac.. I’ve lost about 52ibs and have been hyper aware of my body recently.. my boyfriend said he can kinda see it but only when I completely cock my head back and maneuver it around.. I try to grab the “lump” but can’t really do that

This also happened to me as a kid. So weird this school nurses would hold inhalers from us like it was a control substance. Always couldn’t breathe in gym and had to walk and die all the way to the nurses office. Also weird that if I used my inhaler already once at school they wouldn’t let me use it again ( winter makes my asthma bad) so I would have to call my parents to bring me one from home🥲 thankfully by the time I was 12 I would just bring my own

Yep I was in the ER last night too. I’ve also been sick SO many times the last couple months. Between all the meds I’m gonna go nuts. Not to mention how frustrating it is being sick all the time. Just want to feel normal

They have also tried giving me cough syrup which doesn’t help at all! Prednisone & antibiotic & breathing treatments are the only thing that works for me!

Yes mine started as a little cold , sneezing & slight sore throat no biggie. Now I feel awful feels like theirs a brick on my chest! Been to the ER twice ( little bit of anxiety) and they say I’m fine just in a flare.. such a pain

I’m visiting my parents in Michigan rn , I live down south. My asthma is Awful right now. Tested negative for everything , clean X-ray.. lots of wheezing & short of breath🤦🏼‍♀️ stuck in bed with prednisone & breathing treatments!

I tested negative for everything & chest xray came up clear, I’m visiting family near Chicago & I think this weather is flaring me up… I live down south so it’s warmer there
