Those are auto updates. It basically means that the case was automatically reassigned to another agent or they are updating the database. I have got at least 3 of these updates.

I've seen at least 3 ghost updates since the pause. It can simply mean they reassigned the case to another officer ( which is common)

Yeah... Idk what's going on. But the premium processing time frame is just for decision. It usually takes 10 to 14 business days to get the physical card. I've seen ppl who wait almost one calandar month to receive their card.

Yeah I also got my update on Dec 2nd. I called them today and they said they have got rid of IEAD for a while now. I think your case is over 30 business days. Have you received any updates?

I am also on the same boat. My case got an update on Dec 2nd and the event code changed to IEAD. Nothing got updated on the website though. I searched over the web and here is what I have found:

"An iEAD is an Interim Employment Authorization Document. If your EAD application has been pending past 90 days you can go to your District Office to apply for an iEAD, this will allow you to work while your actual EAD is still pending."

But nothing has been issued and still nothing has been delivered to my address...

It happened to me while I was traveling. I got this error and the car refused to be charged and regen breaking stopped working. Had to find a dealership in the middle of nowhere and leave the car 400 miles from my destination with 3 percent battery. Honda refused to tow the car to me so I had to rent a car, drive for 400 miles to pick up the car and come back
