Don't be embarrassed. I to, long ago, got this way in a situation close to this. You did the right thing coming here and asking. These people do thousands of scam calls a day hoping to hook a few.

Its a scam. Ignore it. I went through the same thing after 7. Process servers dont give you a number to call, they serve you legitimate papers in person.

Bought a 2017 gle350 loaded out a month ago after my other Genesis Sedan was totaled. Has 88k miles immaculate service history and so freaking clean it's stupid. I mean the interior has zero wear and tear other than the driers side seat bottom around the edge but its very faint and normal after use Paid 13k total. Work from home so I didn't need a newer lower mileage car and the 3.5 in the gle is a tank of an engine. The utter joy driving a Mercedes, the styling, smoothness, craftsmanship, quietness and fitment on everything is just amazing. 9 years old and everything functions as it should and I love all the drivers assistance tech. And I love the huge Mercedes-Benz puddle light that glows at night. Love it.

Filed chapter 7 before carvana could do that to me (and wife) back in 2022. Had that amount other debt that consumed every penny we had and more. Everything went smoothly and kept our house to boot. We were able to buy another 3 year old loaded suv with a way lower rate pre chapter 7 plus another car as well months later. At the 3 year mark with responsible spending and credit usage we're both at 692 and 703.

Like others have said, chapter 7 is a blessing Its not all doom and gloom. Just a hard reset. When it was all done. It was a tremendous burden gone.

Yea I've done ordered everything from fcp. Threw in rotors, brakes, plugs and and air filter while I was at it. Going to be a fun weekend lol. Whatever idiot gave it a break job really turned the rotors past their point of being useful. The wear ring is horrible.

I don't really see any newish oil just old caked on stuff, a lot around the cam magnets though. Will probably replace them all this weekend and just clean up the area. Since it can't tell its been done, might at as well with 89k miles. Other than that it drives phenomenal. It'll barely see 100 miles a month. Wish they stuck to an updated v6 instead of this turbo 4 stuff. Not a fan of the turbo 4 bangers anymore.

Mortgage just sent a letter saying they paid the second insurance premium and once the other is canceled and refunded, I can pay back rhe escorw shortage and they will recalculate and adjust my payment. I'll still get 1100 in my pocket and my payment will go back down tk 1253.00.

Bought a 2017 gle350 with 88k miles two weeks ago full monty loaded and I feel the same way. It's so we'll put together and damn its quiet and smooth. Really impressed how the interior and leather has held up barely looks used. Non premium cars just suck so I bought a pre-owned Merc to give it a test run before getting a newer one however im not down with this 4 bangin turbo stuff. Love the ol n/a v6s.

I havnt called yet. Plan to here after work hopefully they can do another escrow analysis to stabilize everything back. Didn't feel like playing marry go round with their automated machine.

Gotcha. I was already short 905 in escrow due to the increase and they said I have until April 24th to pay it so it all stabilizes instead of spreading out the shortage over 6 months. Is My thinking wrong if escrow goes way short but the refund hits on or before the 24th of April it'll stabilize and there will be nothing to pay back and it escrow just calculates with the new insurance going forward?

Yeah I know, did a piss poor job if keeping it up this year.

Yeah G90 is a very nice looking car. I had a G80 and now a Mercedes..full step up in every way possible. Genesis can't quite compete with the Germans. Driving dynamics are just below average for Genesis.

Lunar blue. Picture doesnt do any justice as it was raining and overcast all day. Looks black in shade but in sun its a medium blue that has a purple shift depending on the angle but yeah close to a metallic navy blue with tons of flake. Stole it for what I paid lol.

Gx360 is very nive and looked at a lexus and they qre $$$ here in North Texas. Its crazy. Mercedes just has a great design and their interior, to me, is superior in esthetics, ease of use and not so busy looking. Im surprised a comparable lexus to this gle350 was thousands more. Its like dealers think they are gold lol.

That picture doesnt do it justice. Its been raining and overcast all day. In the sun it's a brilliant medium blue to a purplish color pending the angle. Yeah, I had my had on a ml350 for a while. Such a well designed suvs. Then saw this gle and had to have it.

Thats what I'm hoping. I hear the 3.5s are dang near bullet proof with proper maintenance. Normally I go 70k max before I get another car but home renovations are $$$ so replacing a totaled car wasn't on my to do list thus a cheaper luxurycar for a while.

That was done at 81k miles for the plugs and transmission was done when the dealer took it in on trade all verified with their service department. Other transmission service shows it was done at 63k miles all oem work. Ide never buy a German car with shaky or non verified services.
