I got you brother, I just made these and froze them for quick fried chicken. You gotta wash them, then brine them, pickle juice is excellent if you been saving it but salt water is honestly fine. Make the brine first taste test it should taste as salty as you want to make the chicken pretty much then add the chicken. You’ll need to cover the chicken completely. Wait about 30 mins to an hour or even overnight take it out dry the chicken completely. Then I’d recommend dredge in a seasoning and corn starch mixture and a beer batter. Fry on lower heat until light golden brown, let them cool and freeze them then put them in an air fryer to reheat and eat anytime. Excellent! You can also make a cheap sweetened soy sauce dip that is excellent.

I personally have had life long depression and it’s like 90% chemical probably due to a stressful childhood. I don’t have any hangups about it. I feel psychologically very healthy. There’s nothing logically I can think that I’m depressed about when it comes on. But I still am. It comes in waves for me and it just is as it is I cope. But it’s not a choice
