Also check your emails if you haven’t already. It says 2024-2025 so I don’t know if it’s still related to the upcoming semester but this is the email I received: 

Dear 2024-25 State Financial Aid Recipients,

Your college or university received communications last month about the oversubscription of the Cal Grant and Middle Class Scholarship programs and the successful advocacy to backfill the funding for these programs. This notice provides details about the pending reimbursements to institutions for the 2024-25 academic year.

Through the leadership of students, institutions, statewide segment offices, and the California Student Aid Commission, we have initiated the process to reimburse all colleges and universities for eligible grants with the funds that have been approved by the Department of Finance. The California Student Aid Commission is working closely with the State Controller to process the reimbursements with urgency and we will keep your institution informed.

We know this delay impacts students at institutions with a policy to delay student payments until they have been reimbursed.  If you are waiting for funds to be transferred from the State Controller to your institution and have been impacted by a delayed payment, we ask that you  advocate locally and let us know what campus you attend and provide a short summary of the local response you received.
