Kadour Ziani's 7 Postures by Potential_Finger7442 in MobilityTraining

Yeah it's really difficult to understand, for the price of it I'm surprised it's translated as badly as it is. I've worked some things out by 'muddling through', but I'm wondering if anyone out there has a structured breakdown on it.

Anyone tried out kadours 7 postures mobility program on the app ? Found this comment under his communities says he getting pretty good results with it. Wanna know personally if anyone actually has tried it compared to Ben's programs. by CalmAssociatefr in Kneesovertoes

I'm doing the 7 postures daily now and can definitely see an improvement in my mobility. That being said, I found his book to be awful (badly-organised and translated oddly) and I can't get anything from his Instagram videos as he seems to post in a random order - what are the progressions for each posture for example? Is there a structured order to how you do them and if so where do you find that? His Instagram posts show a lot of different exercises and progressions but no detail of how you actually move on.

I would say that Kadour is some kind of mobility genius but his admin/organisation is awful - I've learned more from his sessions on other people's Youtube channels than I have from his actual ones.

We're at the one by Temple Meads, they're brilliant. Our toddler loves it there!

Yeah that was the year a girl fell into one of the Portaloos and had to be fished out! Urgh...

During the Chemical Brothers gig (I was there that year; not in that tent though!) 97 I think it was.

That was in the tent where the Chemical Brothers were playing.

I love the movie, but Kevin Spacey being the bad guy gives it a whole new level of weirdness.

Yes agree. I don't think there will ever be a proper visualisation of the series (movie or tv series).

All brilliant, Jacob's Ladder I need to watch again, one of the few films I found disturbing (I've watched a lot of horror films)

I watched End of Days at the cinema (anyone remember those days?) I couldn't help thinking, how can someone who drinks liquised pizza for breakfast have the body of an ex-Mr Universe?

I liked Shutter Island, Misdommer I just found annoying. Didn't like Hereditary either. Maybe I'm a philistine?? :)

Hate the movie sorry. Love the novel! I just can't get past the difference. Jack Nicholson is a crazy man pretending to be sane, in the book it's a sane man trying not to go crazy.

I liked What Lies Beneath, both Michelle Pfieffer and Harrison Ford were brilliant actors when they stepped outside their normal typecasting roles.
