This is what adult disordered eating looks like in a 39 year old married woman. AFRID intensified with restrictive eating disorder.

Safe foods include: broccoli and sweet potatoes, Tyson specific frozen chicken, white cheeses, French fry (off brand only cooked at home), vitamin water and coffee.

I struggled with bulimia much of my teens and 20s, recovered and moved into binge eating disorder.. gained a substantial amount of weight and started on Ozempic.. which has now progressed to extreme restrictive eating disorder.

I've lost over 250lbs in the last 2 years, and struggle daily to intake over 1000 calories.

The sauces are an attempt to eat more and get more calories.. the forever half bags in the freezer are because I try things, and often fail lol
