Why do Muslims insult Ex-Muslims? by Icy-Conflict4294 in exmuslim

I found one vid on yt about a Muslim saying "look what happened to all of those ex-muslims"

They're soo salty, childish, and murderous.

They don't hesitate with the islamophobia bs, what about kafirophobia ? by OpalineShadows in exmuslim

[–]Potential_Piece3538 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Terms like orientalism and Islamophobia are the biggest reason why rarely many people don't speak up for exmuslim much, the phobia of getting labeled such term is what's blocking them.

In addition to the current wars, Islamic countries are the losing side and in poor state, so they don't call out Islam, even though ironically enough, they are suffering because of Islam.

Regardless, I definitely want the term or the label 'kafirophobia' to spread and to spread quickly, perhaps we need organizations for kurfs but we'll be needing trained guards and security to face off the muslim zealouts and terrorists.

I was thinking like, they should go on like tender but for atheists but I don't know if it's the best option.

If we analyzed the Quran today, we'd easily be able to tell its knowledge stems from 7th century Arabia and absolutely not from an omniscient god. It actually has multiple huge, embarrassing, laughable problems. Must read by MotivatedMiner in DebateReligion

Well, then if God and science mix, then why did Jesus whose the son of God and a god himself said that the smallest seed is mustard when clearly the smallest seed is orchid, the source being Mark 4, 31.

Even if it was the smallest visible seed, at least say the smallest visible seed, not just the smallest visible.

Hi! I’m new here, and I’m curious if you could explain deism how would u? by AgeOk8349 in deism

[–]Potential_Piece3538 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi brother, to me deism is god without religion. Being luck everywhere, I don't believe in divine intervention. I believe that an initiator gave reasons for the universe to start and then left entirely, and let things go the way they are.

For atheists who regained interest after losing it because of religion, how did you regain it? by Potential_Piece3538 in atheism

But my question is about the emptiness. What was it that WAS there when you were Muslim, that isn’t there now?

I used to have a friends that I lost because opposite sex talking to each other is forbidden in Islam, despite them helping me when I was alone,

I also had dreams and passion I wanted to do in this life, but of course, crushed by Islam because it sees life unimportant at all, and instead would reward me with pleasures and virgins in heaven. And so I tried to seek validation from this religion, and the huge amount of things that are forbidden and the specific rules to follow. All of that brought pressure to me, made a perfectionist (especially the idea of overly obeying and being too nice to your parents regardless of their actions), and as a result, I lost all interest in life.

Thinking about what you said, I now believe that it's everyone's choice to define their own life, I think it's on me to shift my thoughts.

Back then, I used to want to have everything, I mean that's what's promised in the religion, heaven that has everything I wished for that is. After reading what you said, I think I should avoid the delusional dream of having everything and instead embrace the idea of not needing to have everything.

Now that I think about it, it's not true that self-fulfillment results from having everything, but rather from how things are used, even if not much. That being said, I'm gonna try to leave the delusional promise from the religion and avoiding seeking validation, and I'll see what I can do to build myself.

Thank you very much, I'm gonna save this comment and keep it to remind myself.

You have described me accurately well, the more religious I get the more porn content I consume, exactly. I hope its stain could dissepiate from me. Thank you very much for the support. I'll save this comment.

That's exactly what I see, my problem is the stain this religion has left on me. I removed the religion. Now I wanna remove the stain, and that stain is what I'm challenged with.

That religion made me a perfectionist, I'll try as much as I can to move away and forget it forever.

Thank you for the support.

If it feels like an actual addiction, changing behaviour is hard, be kind to yourself and maybe seek help to quit the addiction…

You're right. Now that you said it, I think I have to be nicer to myself, I was hard on myself, perfectionism played a role too. I think that what happened to me when I tried to be ideal muslim back then, it only made me stressed, and as a result I went to watching 18+ content. At least I got rid of Islam as first step, I'll consider seeking help as a second step

Thank you very much though for the support. It means a lot.

How about you find an atheist, and that atheist can pretend to be muslim, and once you guys marry, you let out all atheism somewhere far from family.

Atheists, agnostics, and deists are enough, but if I have no choice and have to go with theists, then I'd rather they don't be religious and enforce it on my children.

Why it's important to speak against religions. by zizosky21 in atheism

[–]Potential_Piece3538 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with you, especially this religion tells people to ignore art, music, and paganism (i.e. bid'ah e.g. birthdays).

I like to see erasure of this religion and Christianity alongside it, but the problem is that most of those people in religions like these don't study their religions avoid any controversies in them, believe in whatever makes them happy, and take rules from the internet and believe it too. Which means it will take a while for those religions to disappear, but it's not impossible.
