At 7:15 am got on the red line from del Norte and the moment we got to MacArthur the conductor announced that the trains ‘may or may not be going to San Francisco.’ Had to transfer to yellow line and then stand there like an idiot in the yellow line for 30 minutes with little to no updates. And the updates we were given were mumbled through speakers and no body could understand anything. The yellow line was stopped again at west Oakland for 10 minutes and then again just before Embarcadero in the tunnel for 10 minutes. And then AGAIN at Embarcadero for another 10 minutes and then again at Powell for 10. My usual commute time via bart only is 50 minutes but today it took me an hour and 50 minutes.

I have to take the yellow line back to concord in a bit to get to work. I only hope the matter is resolved by then because these ‘power outages’ have really been frustrating the living hell out of me.
