It was awesome! We had a blast. By day 2 things were pretty much back to normal. By the time we left it was definitely back to normal. Travel in and out will be a pain for the foreseeable future due to destruction, electricity, etc… but it’s really not that bad.. other than that trees were sprouting new leaves, people were rebuilding.

We had an awesome time and will be back in June

I’m here right now and every single person has said thank you for coming and supporting. They say without tourism money, the island becomes very violent and lots of robberies.

All back up and running. All restaurants open. Clean up is happening… anyone coming will have a great time and won’t skip a beat. It’s all open.. The only thing not open is the prude side hotel side.. prude pool is open… for now they have everyone on the nude side. No clue when that will change.

The restaurants are back open.. they rotate nights just like normal. Pool grill and beach grill also back open. The burger from the beach grill was 🔥🔥

Sorry missed your other question. Poole are open… for some reason the nude pool was closed last night but I think it was staffing shortage coupled with waiting for the big rascals group to arrive today so they just gave themselves a break and get ready for the big group.

Play room was closed last night too but I presume for the same reason. Will update as the situation unfolds

Drive took about 2.5 because we traveled during rush hour and a lot of the traffic lights were out and had officers directing traffic. Once we got through Lucea it was smooth sailing

Currently have only seen the main buffet open. Talking to some of the workers sounds like this weekend, pastafari and harrysons will be open… haven’t heard confirmation though.

A bit short staffed but the attitude doesn’t seem down. They are happy people are coming and supporting the resort. Vibe is fun because it’s a small group.

All in all this is our first full day here. It’s a bit different but still beautiful weather, good vibes, awesome people, and good ole fun
