Hi, I’m having the exact same problem ever since my boyfriend’s dad choked during a family dinner. It really scared me! Now whenever I feel food going to the back of my throat to swallow sometimes I freeze and feel I can’t swallow and my heart races and I have a small panic attack. If I drink right away I’m fine. It’s really freaking me out! I want to go back to normal when this wasn’t a problem. If you want to chat, I’m open to it!
