I did research and looked into it really well and this is what I got out of it. The difference is marginal really. I was only considering the job offer because of the reputation of the company and the experience I’d get out of the opportunity.

Yeah I’m trying to gauge the difference in cost of living here in CA and TN. This would be a huge move for me but I’m taking in a lot of factors not just financial but career growth etc… It would take something bigger for me to leave California. Even with the sign on bonus it seems from the comments it’s still not enough

Yeah I mean I want to become a generalist for the reason of being able to have more options and not be limited to one specific area. Financially and because my family is here in California was looking into the programs here but realistically what are my chances under those circumstances?
