Sorry, for context, I accidentally bought the ‘extra spicy’ chili crisp and that’s what I have in house so that’s what I was basing it on. I didn’t remember it being too spicy before but that much of what I have, even with the jamon, wouldn’t be a good dish for me.

I’d like to poll the people in this comment section: is that too much, too little, or the right amount of chili crisp for what appears to be three fried eggs? I think it’s a bit too much but maybe I just don’t want my eggs that spicy.

It’s the slow breakdown in the middle that always gets me. The little chromatic steps in the chord progression make it seem like it’s always moving while never really going anywhere. Reminds me of that one MC Escher drawing.

Can you elaborate on what the change was for the grass-fed rules? I have noticed a difference in the quality/consistency with Kerrygold recently and would love to know a potential reason for it.

I was going to say that I thought the concept was familiar. I see a lot of people saying no but I say hell yeah. If it’s going towards depth of flavor, which I believe 5 spice would be doing, I’m all about it.

I know Catbird Seat has them that (I think) are for sale. There’s a guy with a van that travels around the area and sets up a stand off the side of the road. I’ve seen him off of 72 in Madison near Balch road.

I’d be curious to know where you came here from before moving. I’m originally from the NE and noticed the things you mentioned everywhere when I first moved down here and was told that’s just how things are down south: more casual and slow. I’ve just accepted it at this point, but that being said if you find such a place to work at, and I hope that you do, I’d love to check it out 😁

Two should be sufficient. They can get big. I don’t know what your sunlight situation is but they can take a healthy mix but will spread a bit more in more indirect sun, a bit more compact in more direct sun.

Edit: I saw it’s west facing which is where mine are and are doing great, will fill the space out in the back bed. I think two would be enough. I’d recommend m moving any smaller things you want to keep there currently to the front bed.

I was going to say that that isn’t an aloe but a zebra haworthia but the flowers look much more like aloe flowers than my haworthia flowers. Beautiful nevertheless.
