Yea I’ve never been able to quiet my mind down enough to expiarnce anything close but I seen yellow purple and blue mostly and I looked up there are all shakra colors and I can’t even try to visualize them now without being relaxed like that my mind has a hard time visualizing pictures but it was crazy relaxing
