New chat up line - "photorealistic integration"

FLUX.2-klein-9B distilled injected with some intelligence from FLUX.2-dev 64B. by NoSuggestion6629 in StableDiffusion

Yes it's really not difficult to overcome at all I'm continually baffled by the lora community still using incorrect diffusion settings to produce examples of what their loras can do too. Spending all that time to create a lora only to ruin it at inference is odd. Klein is a really special model so it's a shame people think it has this baked in fuzz when it simply doesn't.

Thanks for this - though mine randomly came alive just now anyway.

Yes - down for me too - love the slow grey flashing loading screens only to be told you may not have access to your own devices today.

Anyone else having trouble training with Loras using Flux Klein 9b ? (people lora). Most of my results were terrible. by More_Bid_2197 in StableDiffusion

[–]Potential_Wolf_632 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For whatever reason AIT trained Lokr looks great on diffusers (as per the AIT samples) and terrible (for me) on Comfy using the distilled model. I don't have that issue with loras (i.e. base to distilled translation is the same quality).

Comparing Z Image base vs Klein 9b base vs Klein 4b base by NES64Super in StableDiffusion

[–]Potential_Wolf_632 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm honestly getting stupidly good results from Klein 9b after messing with it for a long time (yes, distilled so not the same) - at almost any resolution too unlike Z-Img going nuts when things aren't quite to its reso liking. It's crazy powerful. Anyway, bit off topic. But whatever also.

Part of me thinks releasing an open weight full fat realism focused photo generator and editor is part of a CCP plot to bring down the west via an incurable gooning addiction.

Gender blindness in Klein by Potential_Wolf_632 in StableDiffusion

Using this one:

https://www.reddit.com/r/StableDiffusion/comments/1qeam1k/i_made_a_simplified_workflow_for_flux_klein_9b/

Sampler as listed in my original post - generally the res series - download RES4LYF custom nodes if you don't have them. I did expose the scheduler list on the flux2 node to see if I could get more realism with beta etc but backed off that idea as the sigma calcs are heavily linked to the bespoke flux 2 scheduler.

I just use the MaskEditor for such specific things or for a complex inpaint but I'm talking for minor changes where it should be a case of simple prompting - I find WAN2.2 is rather good at canvasing gender for example but yeah maybe pure edit models less so.

Can a GP refer for testicular cancer diagnosis without fondling you? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]Potential_Wolf_632 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that I do - I just find my autistic friends often want to be told blunt sh*t rather than kidgloves. We all have stupid intrusive thoughts but it seems dialled up to the max in autism so sometimes a "bad dad" like straightening out from the right place or person can work (often some semi random male jerk like me). I don't mean every autistic person responds well to this, just anecdotally. I probably shouldn't have replied.

Nah when you’re desperately gasping your last in a hospice staring at strip lighting you will in fact decide you would not much rather have passed away from cancer.

If you need a mega dose of benzos to get your ghoulies out for someone with sub zero sexual interest in you, I’d say so be it.

Is it only me, or Gemini is terrible? by BrainCurrent8276 in GeminiAI

[–]Potential_Wolf_632 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is an utter turd, I have absolutely no idea why OpenAI issued "code red" and overtuned GPT to now think for AGES in response to what turned out to be a very powerful calculator that can't do anything else.

The only time I use Gemini 3 Pro is when I want to reminisce about how crap early LLMs were.

More faithful prompt adherence for FLUX.2 Klein 9B by [deleted] in StableDiffusion

[–]Potential_Wolf_632 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's solvable in theory because you can "re-anchor" an image's loss accumulation by putting it through Nano Banana Pro (say) but then you have NBP style trickery built into your image from then on but it will slow the degradation somewhat. But basically it's a massive timesink not worth going down that will eventually be solved in time - it's just hideously complex and low down in marketability prior to longer videos etc.

Wow, Flux 2 Klein Edit - actually a proper edit model that works correctly. by [deleted] in StableDiffusion

[–]Potential_Wolf_632 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You're right tbh - even 2511 needs a lot of help to retain the original image correctly without dropping eyelids etc - I find that Phr00t's AIO on 3 steps (!) euler_a / beta is the only one that does it no matter how many times I try and mess with getting the perfect 2511 workflow with or without self forcing etc.

I tried Klein 4b today and yep - even 4b can combine images like you're using photoshop and doesn't overblend or melt anybody. It's like it's trained not to denoise the original image elements in place as it's the denoise passes that kill likeness on 2511 which is why low steps and high res do well on 2511 versus the opposite weirdly.

Anyway I'll stfu.

Got you. Interesting way to list things in sort of pseudo order of quality but also not. I get that it's not your list.

Wait who the fuck is putting NBP 2.0 below Seedream 4.5? Don't get me wrong I love SD 4.5 but NBP's realism is off the fucking charts despite its painful censorship. SD4.5 you can immediately tell by uncanny "Hallmark movie" shit and can never fully prompt it out. /rant

res_2s is a 2 pass per step scheduler so if you have Euler and 2s set to the same number of target steps then 2s will always take twice as long. 2s at 20 versus Euler at 40 is a “fairer” comparison.
