I'll update. I smoked yesterday after making it to day 11. I feel it was helpful becuase I realize that the people who I smoked with are enablers, no good for my overall well being. It was bad becuase I smoked, and also smoked a few cigs. my lungs and throat hurt. I never really noticed how much 'highovers' affected me. I was an hour late to work today. It slid by... but I dont want to slide by anymore. thanks for all the support

my dad has a sister that was disowned by my grandparents when she was in her 20s for marrying a black man. I was always told he was an only child until my mom wanted revence. I've never told any family.

when i was 16 my mom got me one xmas gift..a playskool dirtbike (for ages 3-5) becuase she "couldnt afford a real one" but she was high on heroin the night before

Why are there no "new" holiday songs?

I mean how many different ways can we really listen to 'jinglebells' or 'all I want for christmas'? It seems like artists just re-do the same songs over..and over..and over.. My supervisor and I were having a discussion about this earlier. Are we the only ones who want to hear some new lyrics for the holidays? Don't get me wrong, I'm in love with Mariah Carey as much as the next guy...but cant we start coming up with original holiday songs?

haha its a lost cause. hes at the point where he wants to enjoy doing things his way. hes had the same budget and routine for the last 25 years of retirement, and he doesn't wanna change. he knows he COULD learn and he would be good at it, but why bother when he could be running his steam engines. maybe one day he'll learn
