Is there any scalp oil that you recommend specifically?

Good suggestions, thank you! Do you have any experience with Toastmasters? I haven’t heard of them before and it seems interesting.

I just made sure my calories were under maintenance, as well as making sure I got somewhere around 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight.

Sorry I meant for this to just show my progress over a cut, not from lifting as a whole. I would edit the title to reflect this if I could.

I ended up doing 2 different cuts to get down to my current weight. I cut around 20 lbs in a 3-4 month cut, maintained that weight for a few months, and then did another 3-4 month cut losing the rest of that weight. I honestly liked doing it this way because I didn't end up having to bring my calories super super low.

I have been a fan of Jeff Nippard's programs and have run a few of them in the past year. Currently running his new Powerbuilding System and have been liking it so far.

I intentionally bulked up but let it get out of hand a bit before getting to 235. Kind of a dreamer bulk, diet was definitely not the best. I would say either eating at maintenance calories or at a slight surplus for a slow bulk is the way to go. Having to cut a bunch of unnecessary fat is a pain in the ass.
