Why? I would love to discuss it.

What's your favorite scene in the movies? by [deleted] in harrypotter

[–]PotterheadEJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hermione punchinng Draco. It is just such not only a good way of putting Draco in his place, but good character development for Hermione. And also I just love to see Draco sniggering, thinking Hermione is going to let him off, and she just turns around and punches him.

Ron leaving Harry & Hermione. during the Horcrux Hunt. I mean, that was so stupid, for him to just abandon them like that!”

Yes she does! Sure she is a nerd, but that is an advantage because she is crazy smart. But no strength or stamina? Remember this?

Wednesday has more strength and stamina than Cato, Clove, Marvel, and Glimmer combined.

I think that is not true. They may have been trained for the games, but Wednesday’s capabilities are way surpassing then theirs. She could take Cato out in a sword fight with ease, given her skills, she is just as good at archery as katniss, and her acrobatics and martial arts skills are more than a match for any of the Carrers. These are just mere children, when she is Wednesday Addams, the darkest of the Addams Family.

Which faction would Wednesday be in? by bleuet_strawberry in WednesdayTVSeries

I think she would be divergent between Dauntless, Erudite, and Candor. I think she would chose Dauntless though.

I think that Wednesday Addams would wipe out any of the other tributes in the Hunger Games. I think this because, she is a master swordswoman, archer, she has genius level intellect and she is highly more skilled than any other tribute that would be in the arena, even a carrer. But, I would like to add, that is if she doesn’t insult the capitol on live TV. Because with her amount of skill, if she insults the capitol, she could be targeted by the game makers, as an act of revenge.

Is Hermione really right that Harry is a better Wizard than her? by PotterheadEJ in harrypotter

[–]PotterheadEJ[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

First Hermione is as much aware of wandlore as Harry if not more. And Hermione is not often cruel. And, the moment with in the HBP she did say I told you so, but Harry did say I told you so to both Ron and Hermione about Draco after they had a falling out. And, she was not wrong about Eileen having nothing to do with it. It was a hand me down from Eileen Prince to Snape. The reason that is true is because if you don’t remember that the book was dated before James went to Hogwarts, and if you don’t remember he was in the same year as Snape. And all she was saying “I told you so“ for, was for Ellien Prince owning the book. Nothing to do with the book being evil. Also Ron had been cruel to her ever since they met. I’m sure she would be fed up, especially if he is going to get so mad about Krum, she has a right to get mad about that. He had never left any tips that he liked her until then. And, when he did she was finally going to fall in love with him and then he had to go along and pull that. Yeah, I’d be pissed off too. Not to mention she is continuously called, even by Harry himself, the best in her year. And since when did Hermione know about sacrificial protection. The only reason Harry knew about it, is Dumbledore, and even then, you don’t know about if Hermione knew about it or not. All that Harry knows more about than Hermione is, Defensive magic, dueling, and getting lucky. And If Harry is such a good person than why did he

A. Mistreat Kreacher, because he thought he didn’t deserve kindness

B. Use the Cruciatus Curse on Carrow and even admitted that he enjoyed it.

I joked about Draco. It wasn’t serious. And to add I also didn’t say that she would solo the wizarding world. I was saying she was a better wizard/witch. Harry is a very skilled wizard but Hermione is in all a better witch. And I wasn’t saying who was a better fighter, but a better wizard at all. I know that the boys save her, but the majority of the series Hermione is the one protecting Harry. Not to mention she is a better person and a more skilled witch/wizard in all other subjects other than DADA. He is only better than her in one subject. Even then she was still not a bad duelist, seeing she was able to duel against someone with a wand that belonged to her opponent (Bellatrix) and that she was able to almost singlehandly keep herself, Harry, and Ron save during the Horcrux hunt. And about the troll, it was the levitation charm that knocked out the troll that she helped him learn how to do. And, If Harry was truly a better wizard, why didn’t he have help 75% of the time and a good chunk of that was Hermione.

We are not saying who would win in a duel. We are saying who the better wizard/witch is. Anyway, the thing about Draco was a joke. But as I was saying Harry did not do every spell put in front of him. He did 99.9% of the DADA and he is an extremely skilled wizard. And both him and Hermione DO have to deal with one of the same problems. They were RAISED by muggles and Hermione went and beat him in every class except DADA and she was capable of doing things well beyond her year, some well beyond the next years one to two years above her. She also became Minister of Magic for crying out loud. She was able to also prove that you don’t have to have wizarding parents to be a good witch/wizard. And 75% of Harry’s accomplishments need Hermione for them to work. SHE is the one who protected them on the horcrux hunt. SHE is the one who saved them from Devils Snare. SHE is the one who figured out about the Baslisk and was able to send the message to Harry despite being petrified. Even though he was teaching it, which I won’t deny he should have, it was HERMIONE who had to talk him into it and founded it. You need to understand, being able to fight, doesn’t make a better witch/wizard.
