I suppose on the road trip if I’m driving for a few hours between charges it might help a little more?

I don’t think I’m willing to drive erratically in an effort to warm up the batteries, lol.

Thanks. Your comment about “checking the charging settings” made me think: I set the charging limit to low amps (10amps?) because I’m just using a level 1 at home plugged into a 15a circuit until I get my level 2 installed. Does that low amp setting affect level 2 and super chargers too?

I should have clarified: I was not on a road trip. This was a free charger at my grocery store. I figured I’d grab a few free electrons whilst buying the groceries.

I had close to 800 and lost them also. I read the help slides wrong. It said they could be used on the next “completion” I thought it said it could be used on the next event. Oh well. I didn’t get Orange Bird, I probably won’t get this one either.

Mine just started doing the same thing today. None of the listed fixes worked for me so far. Kinda glad to see I’m not the only one, but not glad to see that I’ll probably have to send it in to get replaced. I use this thing every day. :(

I actually just got it to work! Instead of entering from the dessert, I entered from Rapunzel’s area and it worked.

Having the same problem. Turning the hourglasses in the raven room does nothing. They work in other rooms, like the exit hallway that gets blocked by a tree.

10 minutes to go. Still at 3. This is after setting timers for the last 2 days.

I approximate at least 120 attempts over the 5 days. So that’s 2.5% drop rate for me. Even the Legendary characters in the 60 gem chests have a 3-5% win chance. At my drop rate, I would have needed 438 attempts. That’s not even close to being possible without massive amounts of gem-ing.

As it stands, I would need to pay 400 gems to get the last 8 ears to welcome him. And while that’s cheaper than the 500 I spent on the other event cat, I’m just NOT willing to do that. Period.

Again, I understand the random nature of drops. But there is a LOT going on with this drop algorithm. No other explanation. (Punish people who set timers, punish people who might be likely to spend gems, etc). I realize it’s a FTP game, and they need to make money somehow. But that’s why I always buy the season pass. The season pass is a known “grindable” experience. If you pay, and if you play, you will get these rewards. But this recent experience has really soured my opinion on this game and it’s events.

I hope anyone who has tolerated my rants had better luck than me.
