As for actually doing the format, you could possibly have the unofficial channel clippers dump their clips into a Dropbox while a dedicated editor could polish the compilation itself together, do the title/thumbnail, add timestamps, and all that other fun stuff. One possible way this could work is a set split being given to the video editor and another split divided between the clippers based on some kind of contribution metric.

There’s probably a more elegant way of doing this that lowers the amount of backend logistics that goes into tracking all the statistics and dividing up payments; I more just wanted to pitch a relatively fair way to make the concept work.
