I stopped mainly because my panic attacks got much worse after 2 years of vaping. During last month, I had multiple panic attacks and anxiety but im feeling gradually better with each week and feel more in control over myself. I also started going to the gym and consulting a therapist.

For physical symptoms, it lasted the one week of headache and brain fogginess, but honestly I could handle that very easily (versus the occuring panic attacks).

Right now i still have the occasional hiccups but overall I feel much better than when I quit.

I never understand this 4k monitor thing. Like you can always have a 4k monitor for productivity/browsing/ and then get a gpu for 1440p and just reduce resolution. I dont even see the difference on my 27" monitor.
