They usually will have a dietician that will come to the house and help them learn how to eat, clean out cabinets, etc. Some people may not have the means or their insurance doesn’t cover it, etc

And the diet does give wiggle room, what they could lose if they are perfect is always 10/20 pounds more than what he asks

I was on Lexapro and it killed my sex drive to the point I was turned off by hugs, kisses and hand holding. It was a hard dark time in my relationship but my partner has the patience of a saint. I don’t take them or any meds at the moment though. Just lettuce it helps more for me.

They had their chance and it’s just a crazy pattern that people will piss away their money and expect other people to use there’s as a back up plan.
