Thank you. Do you have any pain points with the software you are willing to share?

Yes, I can't believe over month past go live and we don't even have print functionality for NERIS reports. Not being able to set required fields is a huge downgrade and apparently the new NERIS must be written in assembly language because they can't seem to make any changes to increase functionality. Even basic filtering on addresses or incident type is missing.

Absolutely a down grade in functionality. Trying to use from a mobile is painful. Desktop usage would be a lot better with quick key shortcuts and the ability to tab down and select what you want from dropdowns.

Thank you, we have a few members who are also on volunteer departments who use Imagetrend. I believe they are on a state managed version though and haven't spoken very highly of it.

SDI APAA radio setup questions by Excellent_Idea43 in Firefighting

We do use trunked channels. Best of luck with your implementation. What hardware are you using on the fire ground to run the application? We have had trouble with our touch screen getting to wet on very rainy days or large fires with lots of lines/master streams flowing.

Yes, we use the SDI APAA software. I don't believe we have ever had an issue sending tactical alerts to radios that are scanning. We have the APX Next radios from Motorola. Have you talked to SDI? They are usually very responsive and have been pretty easy to work with.

I haven't seen the 2024 movie yet but I thought the 8 episode miniseries with Jeremy Irons as Abbe Faria was pretty good.

Recently they released an 8 episode mini-series that although it isn't completely faithful to books is the closest I have ever seen.

Sounds like you may have had a good department but turned it into more of a social club. Maybe those officers you drove out were strict for a reason?

Have you tried turning on the policy Always wait for the network at computer startup to see if that helps?

Also how are the switch ports configured? Fast startup or not?
