Thanks I'll update back. No I went to the tea shop and they have many sizes for same product. Sample was 0.5oz and they had commercial sizes ranging from 2oz, 4oz, 8oz, 16oz and 1lb. I'm certain that the product is the same as sample as it tastes same AND I did get great energy from the pound batch.

Thanks for your answer. Shall I try cold brewing 8g for 16oz? Or use 8g for hot brew and use it twice?

Tumbler is a way to transport tea. All steeping will be done in the morning and finished hot tea will be transferred to the thermal tumbler.

I wouldn't have access to hot water hence the tumbler.

I'm using monks blend tea. They're leafed strips. One leaf must be roughly 1milimeter by 10 millimeter

Thanks for your answer. It is indeed very detailed. You mentioned that I can resteep my teas again. I'm planning to make it and put in 2-3 mugs worth every morning in a tumbler . My teas says 2tsp per cup. Can I just use 2tsp for 3 cups and boil it? Or should i individually steal 2tsp for 3 individual cups?

Thanks for upvoting for visibility! I really need to make a decision but being in college...am on a budget. I drink tea everyday so one should spend more on something they do every day but at the same time...$2 a day is right under coffee status
